No. Automotive Hospital offers log book servicing that will not affect your new car warranty. The Department of Fair Trading noted that you may void your warranty if you don’t have it serviced to the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule. They advise “Check the details of your warranty before you get a maintenance schedule. As long as the service is carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications, any licensed repairer can do it, not just the dealer from whom you’ve purchased the vehicle.”
As we are licensed repairers and as our services are carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications, you will not void your new car warranty when we service your prestige vehicle.

No! You do not need to use genuine parts, or get your vehicle serviced at the dealership to maintain your new car warranty validity. We only use the highest quality products and parts, to ensure your warranty remains intact.
We recommend servicing your vehicle every 10,000 kms or if you aren’t doing the k’s then once a year is fine. If your vehicle is still under its new car warranty, you’ll need to ensure you get it serviced on time every 10,000 kms or every 6 months.

We do not service motorcycles, however we do offer pink and blue slip inspections for both vehicles and motorcycles.
Our European car service centre is located in Prospect, however we cater for all surrounding suburbs, including: Hills district, Castle Hill, Baulkham Hills, West Pennant Hills, Carlingford and Sydney’s western suburbs including Parramatta, Seven Hills, Pendle Hill and Blacktown.
