I have been taking my Audi to Tim and Automotive Hospital since 2013, attention to detail is high, quality service, the car drives like brand new every time! Now my wife’s Hyundai is getting looked after. You are crazy going elsewhere. Very Highly recommended!

Thanks to the guys for doing a great job in servicing my car. There was a small mix up (my fault) and they were nice enough to assist free of charge. Highly recommended!

This establishment comes very highly recommended. I broke down nearby and they were very very helpful all-round. Very well run and managed, with very friendly and efficient staff. Sam The manager runs a really good show here.

The place is meticulous. It's so clean and the technicians are precise.Best service I have had on my car, which beat the dealer attention to detail by far. I won't ever go back to a dealer for a service ever again. This is my repairer from here on.One of the best repairers in Australia by far.

I had my BMW X5 serviced here today and the customer service was impeccable. Admittedly I know very little about cars, but Tim was able to explain everything in layman's terms, making me feel comfortable and assured every step of the way. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy team of mechanics, I highly recommend Automotive Hospital. As an added bonus, my car came back sparkling clean.

Our company has been relying on Automotive Hospital for 6 years on all our fleet needs and personal cars and thus far has provided exceptional customer service . We are provided with a courtesy car so as to not have an affect on our daily and busy schedules , along with dedicated completion times. We appreciate the competitive pricing that coincides with great attention to detail. Highly recommended.. Love your work!!

Tim & the Automotive Hospital team are amazing to deal with. So helpful, knowledgeable and nothing is ever too much to ask. Their passion and professionalism shows through in their impeccably clean workshop (not a drop of oil to be seen) and their state of the art equipment. Would highly recommend the AH team!

Professional, value for money and great to deal with.My wife found AH when she required a last minute pink slip so she dropped in unannounced and the team completed it straight away. She was impressed and told me of her experience. At the same time I was becoming disenchanted with taking my car to the dealer service centre - they charge a premium and about every second time I went there I had the take the car back due to something that they hadn't finished. As a result I've been going to AH for a few years now and have been impressed by the professionalism of the team. They are genuinely committed to their trade and to the quality of their product and service, and this is evidenced by the by the fact that the same crew have been there for a long time, as opposed to the revolving door at most dealers. I always drive my car away knowing that it has been in safe hands.

Had a great experience here and will definitely be going back. They were patient and kind, and offered to actually show me what was going on with my car! They've definitely earned my trust, respect and recommendation.

What can I say going to a proper Mechanic compared to dealerships, is like night and day! Thank you so much guys for your outstanding work, will never take my new car to dealerships again, looks like they only wash my car and take my money! Here my books even get stamped under warranty and No apprentices working on my car! See you in 6 months. Thank you again!

So I took my B Class to Tim for a major service today - I’ll never go to MB Sydney again. Tim knew who I was when I walked in the door and didn’t pay massively inflated prices so I’m really impressed. Painless and reasonably priced experience - 5/5

Called in on Tim for advice on a transmission issue with an X3. He and his team quickly identified the likely problem, advised on the repair options, gave an estimate of the price all without pressure or expectation. Overall, Tim provided honest, fair, real world advice. I'll happily deal with him again.

Being an Automotive dealer I am time poor. I simply made one call in the morning and spoke with Tim (Owner) and within 1 hour my car was having its Blue Slip taken care of. Friendly, professional and experienced. I have spent over 15 years personally working at high end prestige dealerships and the level of service I received was phenomenal. Being in the Automotive industry myself I understand customers come first and that is exactly the experience I received from Tim and his team.Thank you Tim you made my day!!!!!!!

Automotive Hospital was able to diagnose and fix a difficult problem with my BMW where other well-respected independents had failed. And at a very good price. Tim and his team are friendly, reliable and a pleasure to deal with and the entire experience was very positive. Highly recommended. Thanks and see you next time.

After many disappointing experiences over the years in trying to find a service centre I could trust, I can finally rely on this one. From the start I was surprised by the time Tim (Owner) put into understanding my concerns and being so transparent about everything even just over the phone. On the day, my experience was flawless from the time I walked in to the time I got to drive my immaculate coupe out, feeling new again. Noticed a difference in the way it drove immediately and was for once left feeling like it was money well spent for the items it required.Would highly recommend Automotive hospital to people who value honesty, want things done right and appreciate a positive, professional service.

The most professional, empathetic and loyal service in Sydney. Tim was so understanding to every detail in my car and went above and beyond to help me get the best outcome. He respected my needs and listened to me as I made several visits and phone calls and never once was he short or rude. I highly recommend Tim and his team to take care of your car.

Sam and his team did an amazing job of correctly diagnosing & fixing the auto electrical issues with my 2003 Honda Jazz in an efficient and timely manner where other mechanics that had looked at the car previously told me it wasn’t repairable. Saved me big bucks on having to fork out for a new car. Well worth the commute even if you’re from out of town. If my car ever needs fixing again I’ll be back here in a heartbeat. Can’t recommend enough!

My old Mazda had to be towed somewhere and after a few calls I tried Automotive Hospital and Sam said yes. I was so grateful he agreed to take my car. When I picked it up, I saw how busy you were so a massive thank you Sam for taking and looking after my car.

Had a rough time with the insurance company, so I took out my stress and anger at the mechanics after a mishap. Even after my little blow up, the respect and quality service Sam and the team showed was second to none! 100% recommend them

I would highly recommend Automotive Hospital. We always use them for pink slips, they are super quick and efficient. Recently my Toyota Avensis needed a new starter motor. Toyota said it would take a week to book the job in, these guys turned the job around in a day. Great mechanics, great service. Sam is extremely helpful and nice to deal with. We'll definitely be repeat customers.

A few years back my Audi developed an issue with the stop/start system. Audi dealer quoted me a couple of thousand to change an ECU module and sensors. Got a second opinion from Automotive Hospital, they - correctly - diagnosed it as a simple issue with an aging battery (lacking current) - saved me $$$. I have had my car serviced by them ever since. Sam and the guys are knowledgable, honest and fairly priced. Car is always returned on time, without issues, on quote (no surprise costs) and always washed !! The complimentary 12-month roadside assist after each service is a bonus, and thankfully never been needed....highly recommend these mechanics, especially if you have luxury euro-cars. True professionals!!

It's difficult to find a reliable mechanic. I stumbled across Automotive hospital by chance, and am incredibly please by their work. Sam and Dave, including all the mechanics are absolute professionals and have been incredibly accommodating. I've recommended Automotive Hospital to all my mates as a reliable and fairly priced mechanic.

These guys saved me today, I was in need of a new battery and they were so accommodating and helpful and quick! I was so worried I had to cancel my work day, but they were friendly and made the experience quick easy and stressfree. First timing coming here and I'll definitely be coming back. Thank you again.

From the moment I phoned this morning at 7:30am to having my car available for service within 30-minutes plus loan car through to collection has been flawless and exceptionally professional. They are polite, understand customer-centricity in today’s environment, and their level of knowledge and service were outstanding and very detailed about their approach to servicing my vehicle. This was the first mechanic who washed and cleaned my vehicle inside and out! This was the first time I went to them, and I will be going back for my next service. Thanks to David and the team for their assistance today. After what another mechanic workshop couldn’t do, David and his team delivered. If you want an honest and upfront approach with no games, please get in touch with this company!

Awesome place, i had some problems with my insurance company taking ages to carry on with the repairs but aside from that, the car is perfectly fine, they have replaced my entire engine and it's definitely one of the best services i have seen, neat work.

Very impressed with the quality of service I received today with my BMW f30. The service was efficient, appropriately priced, and the staff were attentive, organised and helpful. To my surprise, they even washed and vacuumed my car which was extremely appreciated! Will definitely be returning in the futureTHANKS

My car, a 2015 VW GTi, got a warning light “EPC” on and off intermittently for over two months. The car runs quite smoothly, no loss of power and the idling is perfect. But it’s very annoying and frustrating that while driving, the fear of the EPC light may light up anytime. A decision is then made to take it to Automotive Hospital is do a Diagnostic scanning to find the reason. Sam and his technician took only 30 minutes to identify the problem. Left the car there and the repair job was done in less than 48 hours. I have test drive the car for 200kms now and no more EPC light is on. I would like to say Sam and his team are very efficient, honest, professional and knowledgeable about VW problems. Their charges are reasonable and I am totally happy and satisfied with their service. I am sure I would bring my car to them for future services. Btw, the complimentary car wash after service is a bonus to the client. Thank you.

Incredible service and attitude. I am new to the area and was worried about finding a honest local mechanic. Luck has it that I stubbled across these guys and I’m am very pleased with the outcome on my vehicles they have serviced . If you are looking for a dedicated team of professionals to work on your car even if you’re not from the area it’s worth the travel time to get your cars serviced right the first time .Highly recommend the boys and there business.

I’ve been using Automotive hospital for years and recently their performance arm Platinum racing for all my cars, and they have never let me down. The experience and service is always nothing short of outstanding. Most recently, they built a new engine for my VF Commodore. Their deep understanding of high-performance engines always gives me confidence. They explained the entire process clearly and made excellent recommendations. As always, they kept me updated throughout the build, ensuring I knew exactly what was happening.Even with such a complex build, they met the timeline without compromising on quality. If you’re looking for a workshop with expertise, professionalism, and a track record of excellence, Automotive hospital & Platinum Racing is the one to trust. I’ll continue to rely on them for all my cars !

These guys were great to fit me in at the last minute when my radiator decided to crack while I was an hour from home. They got everything fixed and had me back on the road the same day. Also had my car cleaned inside and out. Would be 5 stars but they are abit expensive.Although customer care and service is top tier.

I never thought getting work done on my car could be such a pleasant experience. Most friendly staff I’ve encountered in a business of this nature and they always do a stellar job. Turnaround is quick, and they always go the extra mile to ensure I understand the ins and outs of the service I’m receiving. I’m always so at ease heading in here, which is worth noting as entering these environments can often be unnerving for young women. So affordable too! Thank you team for being such legends, can’t wait to get my car serviced next month ❤️

Thank you for your integrity. I highly recommend Automotive Hospital. As they were ethical and efficient charging me $80.00 for my road worthy Blue Slip to register my car, as per NSW Transport regulation.I’m new to Sydney and trying to get a road worthy Blue Slip to register my car but a number of unscrupulous, unethical mechanics have been charging more. I have reported those other auto people as they are lying to customers telling them they need extra stuff and charging $150-170.

After going to 3 mechanics who couldn't help me with my VW Polo, the Automotive Hospital came up on my google search. I rang and frustratingly explained my situation to Dave and I was very grateful he was able to fit me in last minute within my schedule to help. Dave kept me in the loop with everything that needed to be done. Explanation, problem breakdown was clear and price was transparent. I was able to get my car back within the week, issue resolved with great service. I would highly recommend the Automotive Hospital to anyone with motor issues! Cheers guys!

Fantastic service! Sam and the team are responsive, price competitive and deliver on what they say they will. I had my Volvo in for a 90k service and it was booked in with a loan car within minutes. The service was completed on time and the nice bonus of a very nice wash / detail at no charge topped it off. The service cost was half of what a Volvo dealer quoted me! Will be heading back to Auto Hospital again! Thanks guys :-)

I can’t recommend the team at Automotive Hospital highly enough. Sam and the team are incredibly helpful and take the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find a shop that is this professional and respectful of your time and your vehicle. You definitely get what you pay for here .If you’re looking for top-tier mechanic you can actually trust, this is the place to go.

I’ve been going to Automotive Hospital since their Haberfield location for the past three years, and I’ve now happily followed them to their new workshop in Prospect. The new facility is fantastic modern, clean, and clearly set up with care and attention to detail. But what really stands out is the team. The staff are consistently friendly, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. They always take the time to explain things clearly and make you feel confident about the work being done.Five star for the place and team.

Automotive Hospital is honestly one of the best and cleanest shops I’ve been too. Took my car to Tim after I had work done on the engine elsewhere took it back couple times to the same guy had dramas and headaches. I found Tim and took it to him. Tim showed me what was done incorrectly in the tune of the engine and transmission. Left the car with him for a couple of days and when I came to pick it up the car honestly speaking felt like a brand new car no lag on the takeoffs beautiful changes in the gears. I highly recommend Tim and the boys at Automotive Hospital. Thanks, Joe
